Frank Frazetta passes

In passing. Frank Frazetta was a painter and illustrator of muscular warriors and vixens that were the standard covers for a generation of paperback novels. The stories of Conan the Barbarian, Tarzan the Apeman and John Carter of Mars came alive in living color. He defined the sword-and-sorcery genre and set the standard for many other illustrators since. He died Monday at 82. He will be missed.
